Where else?
Other localities have emerged for separate
families of Gisb(e)ys - with no indication yet to suggest that they are related
to each other, or my Kent tree. I would hope there are more records
to be found to expand on what we already know which would take these lines
further back.
Essex is one example, with Leigh
and Chelmsford
being well represented - and these links show something of what has been
achieved up to now.
The East End of London and Southwark are areas where
numbers have been found at various stages but, apart from a just a few
instances, it has not been possible to
establish enough consistent lines to draw any conclusions.
If your interests involve Nottingham, Birmingham or Yorkshire, then the New Zealand
page could well hold information that has some relevance.
